Adam's next surgery will be on Wednesday, July 12 at 12:30 in the afternoon. He will definately be in the hospital at the very least overnight. Possibly longer.
The insurance approval reads:
Osteotomy; multiple, with realignment on intramedullary rod (eg, Sofield type procedure).
Osteotomy, proximal tibia, including fibular excision or osteotomy (includes correction of genu varus (bowleg) or genu valgus (knock-knee)); before epiphyseal closure.
Haven't web searched all of this yet, but plan to soon.

Damn, that is a mouthful and it sounds painful. I hope it fixes everything he needs fixed.
