A New Day

It has come to my attention that some think I should be writing what others want to read. That this should be a running story of what's happening in and around my life, but with the ugly filtered out.

If that is your thought process then I will respectfully ask you now to not only avert your eyes, but to kindly click the X in the right hand corner and remove me from your reading list.

I write for ME. This is MY blog. That may sound selfish to you, but again this is MY blog.

It may get ugly sometimes, and that's ok because quess what? Sometimes my life isn't always unicorns and rainbows, sometimes it is trolls and fuck yous.

Sometimes in the past I have held back because I didn't want to hurt any feelings. But I have had time to rethink my thoughts and with the help of some unkind comments that were direct towards me, I have to come to realize again -

THIS IS MY BLOG! LIKE IT OR LUMP IT!

PS. I couldn't find the X on the reader, so I guess I'll just have to keep reading. Twice. After not being able to get your feeds I now get them twice.

  3. I totally agree. Blogging is for the blogger. The readers are along for the ride.

Nobody is forcing anyone else to read their blog.

  4. You have invited me into your "Home", your slogan is "Make Yourself At Home." I am pleased to be here and am interested in what you have to say. I can pretty much handle anything, and I do not expect a Japaneese Tea Ceremony just because I have arrived. While I consider an obsenity to be unnecessary, I can handle it. Blog on.
