Legal Woes

I am getting frustrated with my attorney in my personal injury case from the accident last year. He doesn’t seem to be moving fast enough for me, he threatens the other persons insurance company but doesn’t follow through on that threat. Now it is almost a year and nothing is happening.

I have contemplated using lawsuit loan to try to catch up on all the expenses it has caused me but am afraid it will never get settled.

I don’t want to “fire” him, he is a friend and has been helping me with my other legal matters for the last 4 years. I know he is busy and that he is not charging me the usual personal injury fee, but still I would like to feel like a priority.
