The postcard project will continue throughout the school year. I would like to have as many as possible by mid-January so the bulletin board can be completed. Thank you to everyone who is helping and enlisting friends and family members to help as well.
Good, I will stop at a rest area on the Toll Road and pick one up. It is hard to believe that no one is visiting South Bend (20 degrees and 10" of snow) and sending "Wish You Were Here" messages back to their loved ones.
ReplyDeleteAdrienne, I will be more than happy to send you a postcard. Since I am technically living in two different states, I can cover Ohio and Tennessee, if no one has those covered. I'll try to get out tonight and get the Ohio one, and when I'm home next week, I'll get the Tennessee one.
ReplyDeleteOh, and maybe while I'm in Kentucky, I can get one there! I drive the entire state of Kentucky, so I'll see if I can't pick one up there, too.
Talk to you later!
There are two full service rest areas on the toll road to mom's. I stopped at the first one and could not find the post cards. I asked and was told "we don't see postcards." I was incredulous. Luckily, since I had no baby with me, I went ahead and stopped at the second rest area and they did sell postcards. I sent it at the same time as my Christmas cards, so I hope you got it.
